I just submitted my application to Charter Oak yesterday. Now I have to get my transcripts submitted and find out what I need. I am going in with 90 lowerlevel credits and 25 upper level, plus some from A+, Inet+, and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications to be evaluated for credit. I hope I don't have much to do. I don't know what to study yet. Any ideas anyone? Charter Oak Students/Alum - Are you out there? - bawhitsett - 06-13-2007 LabRat Wrote:I just submitted my application to Charter Oak yesterday. You can complete your degree in one of their pre-designed concentrations (Sociology, Psychology, etc.), or you can create your own degree plan through a liberal studies/individualized study program. 2. I have 75 credits thus far, and am hoping to test out of an additional 12-15 credits this summer. My goal is to graduate with my concentration in psychology in May 2008. 3. I chose Charter Oak because as an in-state student, I found their tuition the most affordable. I've had to pay for my education using student loans, and I did not want to owe a ton when I graduated. Also, I feel their online classes are excellent, for the most part. I almost forgot....you can use federal aid at Charter Oak.
