Why’s that?  They seem pretty similar to me.  I think the only sticking point is needed to take Texas Goevernment at TAMUC
With BLS, I have 9 GEC. Plus 21 UL and 9 credits for Minor.
With BAAS I have 3 GE, 20 Business, 30 major requirements.

So that's 39 credits and no capstone vs 53 plus a capstone 1 and 2.

That's why I needed to see a degree plan lol.

Ahhhhh.  Gotcha.  If you REALLY want both degrees, do UMPI first.  Then you only have to do the 30 major and the Texas government.  The rest is waived for second bachelor’s students.
Really? They are waived? That's amazing. I might change my BLS Minor and then do the BAAS in January. I have finicial aid to burn up. I'll do that or and a masters lol.

Yes!  I was serioulsy considering that program myself.  I reached out to them and verified.  The only thing they are sticklers about are those History and Government classes.  So as long as you make sure you have US History 1&2 and American Government covered, then you just need the major and Texas govt.

If it's state or federal financial aid, it most likely won't count toward a second bachelor's degree (other than loans).

Keep in mind that once you have a bachelor degree conferred you will no longer qualify for Pell Grants, Federal options after you receive a bachelor are all loans.

Darn! Lol. The cost isn't bad though. I may still change my minor on the BSL and then do employer reimbursement or pay myself.

I don't know if one can complete the BLS at UMPI if they already have a bachelor's degree. Financial aid only applies to the first bachelor's degree.
