While earning a degree is half of the picture, the other half seems to be earning it in a field you are interested in and have a bent toward (working with people, routine vs. innovative).
Does anyone have a site they've used to help determine this ... personality tests, career tests, etc?
I threw this up on the Off Topic Board, but got no takers.

Meyers Briggs personality test. The test contains 72 questions and once you have completed the questions and submit your answers you will receive your results. The test only takes about 15-20 minutes.
