Called TESC this morning with 'newbie' questions....

{Cross examination}Gary: Latin Tea, I want to remind you your under oath. You said in your earlier testimony that you talked to a woman at TESC originally, we can have the reporter read it back to you if you like. Then, you stated it was a man. Now I have to remind you, you are under oath. Why the discrepency? Do you suffer from amnesia? Were you not clear in your description? I should also like to remind the court we have a possible hostile witness.

I think Gary is the one that is confused...and has now confused LatinTea as well

The original post from LatinTea says she called TESC and talked to a woman who was courteous and professional. She also mentioned planning to call EC and COSC.

In her follow-up post, she said she called Excelsior and spoke with a man who was also top-notch.

It was at this point that Gary jumped in questioning the he/she issue.

Unless I'm missing something, this is pretty straight forward. LatinTea spoke with a woman from TESC and a man from Excelsior.

The only place I could see any confusion was that LatinTea started the first sentence of her follow-up post in the subject line.
