COSC BUS 499 Capstone

I applied to Charter Oaks within the last few weeks and have been waiting for all my transcripts to arrive.  My last few hit my account today.  I had been inquiring with the advisor and iterating that I was anticipating starting on 01-21-20.  Long story short, everything is in as of today.  Advisor did not seem too motivated to try to get my evaluation completed or getting me registered for course, today.  She just kept pushing registering in March.  I told her that the issue is that one of the courses that I need (BUS 499 capstone) appears to be already full.  She said that she would be able to enroll me in the course later.  What is your experience with situations like this in regard to Charter?  I just really didn't feel the advisor was interested in helping in the first place.  So, I am not sure I will be able to get that course.
