EC will be the cheapest that you can do soonest - they allow you to enroll at 16, but won't let you graduate until after high school graduation. But you must be a high school graduate already, or else you wouldn't qualify for FAFSA?

OP do you have HS diploma or GED? Because if not I don't think you can go anywhere. If you graduated you might be able to do EC, WGU, or other schools. But not UMPI or TESU anytime soon. I suppose you could keep plugging away and apply to TESU at 18.

Oh I see this post is old. But it is interesting. I wonder why a 16 yr old is such a rush to finish college.
