While I personally haven’t taken any courses from either source, I know several people that have used Portage Learning and UNE courses for Medical/PA/NP/Optometry school prerequisites. If you were planning on going this route, do note that schools have different policies on accepting online prerequisites so you should do your own research.
For RA university and semester based, I have not done a lot of research on them due to faster and cheaper available options so this information might not be accurate.

The last I checked, Tohono O'odham Community College ($34.25 per credit hour), Dine College ($55 per credit hour) Luna College ($44 per credit hour if you take less than 6 hours) did not offer Biochemistry.
