I'm enrolled as a DL student and got the discount. I'm not the only one. From what I've seen, HAU doesn't appear to make a distinction between DL and in-person students. You can choose to enroll in one type of class or the other at will, the only limitation being that not all of their classes are available online, so not all of their degrees can be completed online (except currently, during pandemic social distancing).
