Hi everyone, This is my first exam class. I strongly prefer projects. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for this class: BUS 321 Human Resouces? I recently started this class, I'm finding the customized activities frustrating. It differs from what I have been doing in my other UMPI classes. I got used to reading the material for each section and taking a quiz at the end.
Now, I'm taking multiple sets of quizzes, plus I feel the material given to me is not in order.

I just took the final exam and scored 94%. The majority of the questions on the final are similar to the quizzes, they're just reworded. I didn't really do much reading of the material. All I did was retake the quizzes over and over again, until I got every question right. I also studied the explanations for every wrong answer. It's not a hard test at all. Good luck!

Thank you so much Amrly813. This helps so much. I've been rereading the material like crazy.

The Adaptive Quizzes are a pain, but the exams are usually very similar to those questions. You want to get them all wrong so you can see the entire pool of questions and be able to study them.

Take the adaptive quizzes. Get your questions wrong, purposely or press skip. Do this 3-4 times until the questions start repeating, then answer correctly. When you get a question wrong, it gives you a simplified explanation. By doing this and getting things wrong until it's a repeat, you will see everything in the quiz database. The exam is 100% reworded quiz questions. So if you got everything wrong, and read and studied every explanation, you will be able to get an A on the exam, when you're ready.

Thank you Ashkir for responding. I followed the same advice that was similar to yours and got a 95%, which was great! I studied a lot the simplified explanations.

No, it's an A not the A- you're referring to. Oh, and there shouldn't be any A+ as the GPA remains at 4, but YMMV at different institutions. I'm using this previous thread as a reference. I haven't verified with the UMPI Yourpace website or staff there: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...s-YourPace?
Percentage / GPA tracker:
A+ 97-100% - 4.0
A 93-96% - 4.0
A- 90-92% - 3.7
B+ 87-89% - 3.3
B 83-86% - 3.0
B- 80-82% - 2.27

Depends on the professor. You won't know your grade until after the session ends. Professors have a week to post grades after the final day of classes. Professors have leeway in their grading.
