BS in Real Estate
#1
Hello! I was looking at the BS in Real Estate. I guess TESC doesn't offer any of those classes. Does anyone know where I could find the classes at a reasonable price to transfer in to TESC?

I have 51 credits transferred in and I am going to test out of everything else I can. I am thinking about a dual major, BSBA and Real Estate.

There's not alot on the boards about dual major or about Real Estate. Can anyone offer advice?

TIA!
Melissa

Hey cakesincups! I have decided to pursue the BSBA in Real Estate as well. Although I have not yet applied to TESC (still finishing up my B&M Associates--two CLEPS to go!), I am planning to take online real estate classes through Saddleback College this Spring.

You are right, there is not much on the forums about this particular degree. If you know of any other online resources for college-credit real estate classes, I would like to know about them.

Truckee Meadow has a few real estate courses.

The University of Idaho has just one real estate class.

Adams State College has three real estate courses.

I know my locally CC has real estate classes. I think you should be able to come up with the 18 real estate courses required for the degree.

TESC has 2 real estate courses that are PLA.

Marylhurst University in Oregon also offers online real estate courses, although at $409 per credit, they are a little spendy.
