Not for the other two. The wiki earlier in the link has a listing but no confirmation received from TESU in my inquiry:

I got the Double degree plan and TESU BS CIS Wiki's updated.

I'm not sure if someone has confirmed that the Network TECEP would work for CIS UL.  If someone could ask TESU advising, that would be great.

When it comes to course equivalency updates, tech majors are usually the ones getting screwed. Lol.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.

While my plan isn't the BS CIS, CMP-3540 (Network Technology TECEP) did fulfill an elective slot for the CIS Certificate for me & viewing the BS CIS via My Progress does place it within Part C. AOS Electives - so there is a good chance it would work, however I'm not a TESU advisor.

If both the Technology TECEP and ASU CIS-309 Business Process Management count at an UL CIS class....does anyone recommend one over the other?

ASU for ease, possibility to get a better grade, TECEP for cost.

The TECEP is cheaper, $231 vs $425, but if you fail the TECEP, then you are paying for nothing. That exam is pretty tough.  It takes about 40 hours to study for it, and the passing percentage of DF members is around 50%.

Factoring in failing into the math, the real cost of the TECEP averaged out over a pool of people is around $350, considering 1/2 of the people have to take the exam twice.

With the ASU course, you pay $25 and only pay the $400 when you pass the course.

I recently took the Davar Academy exam for Management Information Systems to fulfill my final UL requirement for the BS CIS. I had taken TESU Software Engineering last term. I’d give a thumbs up to both of those.

-CIS-309 Business Process Management comes in as CIS-440 and is accepted into the CIS AOS elective.

The other 2 courses (CIS 308 Advanced Excel for Business, CIS-313 Location Analytics for Business) are not accepted into the CIS AOS electives.

We checked with TESU about the ASU class and they wrote back today saying that the ASU Business Process Management class will not come in as a CIS AOS elective.  You said they confirmed that it would count?

But, they said that taking TESU Software Engineering class will fulfill both a CS elective and a CIS UL elective.  (I'm confused because it would make this the 4th overlap AOS class. They looked at his degree plan when saying it and know he already has 3 overlapping classes....it would be great if so, but I am going to email again to confirm.)

My son received the confirmation that CIS-309 comes in as CIS-440 and is accepted as a CIS elective. Answer was provided by Don Stoltz, who was identified by several folks as their most knowledgeable and trusted advisor. Patricia Certo previously confirmed that only 3 classes can overlap between the CIS AOS and CS AOS.

We just confirmed with Patricia today. She said ASU Business Process Management does NOT come in as CIS-440 Business Process Management. It comes in as OPM 420. So it does not count as CIS upper level.  That stinks as there aren't many other options out there...
