There are other programs that are similar pricing like the HAU MBA for 3K, WGU MSML/MBA for 5K, UMPI MAOL/MSB, etc. It really depends on what you're looking for at the Masters level, you can do the MS AI from Udacity with the Woolf partnership for $5K, whatever floats your boat and hits your requirements...
I'm not clear on whether the OP is a US citizen. To clarify, the HAU MBA discount is only available to US citizens. WGU is not an option as it is open only to US residents.

Thank you for the prompt response. I am an international student. Unfortunately, in Europe, WGU is not an option.
In the post above, "wow" also mentioned that the HAU MBA is only available with a discount for US citizens. This would eliminate this option.
The MAOL from Umpi could be an option. The Woolf master looks interesting, but the current status of the accreditation within Europe is questionable.
Is the UIUC scholarship available only to US residents or citizens?
I should start a separate thread after finishing my bachelor's degree.

The HAU MBA discount also appears to be available to US resident non-citizens, and it’s been reported here to be received by Canadian students.
WGU is also typically available to Canadian students, the main exception being programs with on-site practica (so business programs are available, pre-licensure teaching and nursing not available).
