Bachelors in health or science field
#1
I'm wanting to apply to dosimetry masters and post-baccalaureate programs. I got a bachelors degree in psychology from TESU about 5 years ago. At the time it got me a promotion that made the cost and time of the degree worthwhile.

Your Location: Ohio
Your Age:32
What kind of degree do you want?: A BS in physical or biological science works, or a BA in physics, biology, or chemistry.
Current Regional Accredited Credits - 116.5
Current ACE Credits - 68

I need to take some additional RA credits. These could be incorporated into a degree program or separate.
Physics I and II
Biology I
Precalculus or above (one semester)
Oral communication - I took an ACE public speaking class, but I'll need an RA one
Medical Terminology (I took this as part of my LPN, but it was mostly a clock hours program so I don't think it counts)
Radiation Physics - only required by one program, so I may skip if it's too costly or difficult to locate

The exact classes is listed at the bottom of the post, because it's a lot. Please let me know if there's a better way to format this, or if there's some way to put them behind a spoiler so they're not so gigantic.

Any certifications or military experience?: I was an LPN until covid and was a CNA before that. No military experience.
Budget: $5000 would be ideal. I know that's asking a lot.
Commitments: I'm working full time, and intend to up until dosimetry training.
Dedicated time to study: 20 hours a week comfortably, could do 30
Timeline: sooner the better
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: none

Do you need to have a bachelor's degree in one of these topics, or is taking the courses enough? Because taking the courses without getting another degree would be simpler.

Of the usual suspects we talk about here, TESU is the only one I'm aware that has a science bachelor's, which is the BA in Biology. They also have a BA in Liberal Studies/Arts with a Natural Sciences and Math concentration, which is not a science major strictly speaking. UoPeople has the BS in Health Science, but that is a mix of hard/natural and social sciences. Maybe 4-6 hard/natural science courses in the major, depending on the electives you choose, and you can also take science electives-- though I think they only offer bio (which is in the major already) and environmental science in their catalog.

Current
MBA—UMass Global; University of the People—B.S. Health Science
TESU—BA Biology & Psychology, AS Mathematics

Online traditional credits (undergrad & U.S. unless otherwise stated)
Eastern Gateway Community College (28); ASU (10);  New Mexico Junior College (8); Strayer (3); Purdue University Global (3); TESU (6); XAMK Finland (57 ECTS + 10 grad ECTS), University of the People (3 grad)

I do need a bachelors degree in one of the topics. The courses alone isn't enough.

TESU's BA Biology would work, but Liberal Studies and UoPeople's BS Health Science wouldn't for most of the programs.

I'll take a look at the BA Biology. I'm not sure how I overlooked it, but I didn't even check TESU for a second degree.

TESU BA Biology is your best option since Excelsior may have gotten rid of their BS Natural Science (with a concentration in biology). Did you pay the 15 credit residency tuition or did you pay the residency waiver fee? If you paid for classes or e-packs to get the residency credits, you can transfer all the classes in and pay for the capstone and be done with it. Otherwise, you should do the 15 credit flat rate for residency purposes.
