How long did it take you to complete the assignments for this course (in hours)? I would like to do it instead of the TECEP, but wanted to know what I was getting into.

Be aware that, although it does not appear on the syllabus, you are required to participate in 3 scheduled webinars which may prevent you from finishing quickly.
When I took it they were scheduled each Sunday for two consecutive weeks w/ a one week break before the final one.
I complained & presented evidence, in writing, that it was represented to me by their representative that I could move at my own pace.
The webinar host agreed to allow me to write papers in lieu of the last two webinars.
The other potential delay is getting the material; their book is an older version of the book TESC uses for their course & recommends for the TECEP. I started the course using the newer book & had everything completed w/ the exception of the final paper prior to receiving my book from PF. I needed their book to write about the XM-Sirius case since it was not in the newer version.

What edition was the book?
How long did the assignments take? What about the final paper? The webinar doesn't sound so bad if I started the class now, since I have time to factor them in, but I appreciate the heads up.

They use the 16th edition- ISBN 978-0-07-338124-4
final paper depends on whether you enjoy writing; I doubt I spent more than 2 hours total & I received a grade of 100%. The exams were also easy; I missed 1 question, total, on all of the exams but argued for my answer & was given credit for it.
If you know the material, this class will take no time.

I do not remember the hours but I do know that it took me almost close to a month to complete everything. This was because of the required 3 webinars. Everything else I completed within a week in a half or so.
