Okay so when is ACE Transcripts gonna bet back up and when is TESC gonna post grades??? I cannot wait...The suspense is killing me... ACE more so than TESC because they were supposed to be up two days ago I think. What is going on with all of this madness??????

I wonder what they are doing.. Now they are saying that it won't be back up until 12/6/2011. I feel so bad for students that are awaiting for courses to be verified or for transcripts to be sent out/ ordered.

I am just curious if anyone has had a course approved and added to their ACE transcript since the service has come back online? I added a Penn Foster course on 11/22/2011, the day the site went down, and it is still "Pending Organization Review". In the past my Penn Foster courses have been added to my ACE transcript in 1 or 2 days.

I had a PF course added a few weeks ago. After adding it and staring at "Pending" for two weeks, I emailed ACE to ask, who emailed PF and cc'd me, and within an hour, the course was approved. I sort of thought that was the standard procedure, but I think I've seen others call and talk to PF directly after waiting and prompting them to approve it that way, also. It seems like they just need a nudge sometimes.

I sent an email to ACE and the response from ACE was that I needed to send them a course transcript because they were having trouble contacting Penn Foster. I called Maribeth at Penn Foster and explained what was going on. Maribeth knew who to get in touch with to get my issue resolved. She returned my call within minutes and my course was approved and transcript updated. Maribeth is awesome!!!
The course that I just finished was BUS425 Strategic Business Management and I really enjoyed the course, especially the one-on-one discussions with the instructor. I highly recommend the course and I am hoping that TESC will evaluate the course as BUS421 Business Policy.

have you guys completed International Business from PFC and can confirm it was taken in place of Business in Society/International Business?

Did TESC give you credit for BUS-421 from Penn Foster's Strategic Business Management?
