Does anyone know if any Regionally accredited college will grant a BA based on transfer credit alone? It would need to reconize DETC since a lot of my credits are from DETC programs.

You might want to look at AMU/APU - American Public University System - Official Site - 877-755-2787
They have both National and Regional Accredidation so they'll take National credit. However, they do have a residency requirement. So I guess the answer to your question for this school is no.

Thanks BattleBuddy. I appreciate the idea anyways.
I am in a regionally accredited PhD right now (allowed in with only a DETC BA) but a lot of employers still want to see a Regional BA (for whatever reason) so I am hoping to find one that I can just transfer my credits (from various schools) into to make a degree. I've heard it's possible but just don't know where.

I've seen it done but only with RA credit. One of my soldiers had over 120 semester hours scattered all over the place. I think he had 8 or 9 different college transcripts. He had them all sent into Excelsior College and got his BS in Liberal Studies that way.

My AA is Regional and I have most of my JD. Not sure if it would be enough credits in the science and math areas though. Worth trying I guess.
