BA Math (Sorry guys!)
#11
Yes better. I am afraid they will be picky about these courses, since they are part of data analytics major

Thank you everyone! I hope this helps someone in the future, but for me, it looks like most options are just too expensive.

I was told today by TESU "At TESU, we accept credits from all Regionally Accredited Institutes." So Brandman university should be accepted by TESU too.

I like statistics.com courses.. but they're too expensive! how can they charge $599 per course when we don't know their courses will even transfer?

They do transfer. TESU's data analytics degree is only available by taking Statistics.com courses, as per info on TESU's site. However, whether or not a course will transfer into a generic computer science or math degree is something else.

It's still an awful lot of money to pay for ACE credit.

It's a lot to pay relative to other common courses, but it's definitely not relative to taking these at another school.  You can't find most of these courses anywhere else where it's easy enough to just pay and take the course (so don't have to be a student, prove pre-req's, etc.).

I think we get spoiled here at $100/course or less prices, not everything can be had for that price.

That is true but ACE credit is frowned upon in some circles so if the price begins to approach what RA credit would cost then it is much harder to justify.

You're probably the only one here that has done the BS Data Science and also the BA Comp Sci/Math double major.  Would you mind doing a quick copy/paste of your evaluation for all 3 and post it?  It'll really help to know what courses can come in and what courses don't.  I would have thought some of the Statistics courses would come over.  Thank you (a million times) make that 3 million times if you do 3 copy/pastes of your evaluation into an excel or word file without your personal details of course!
