Boricua College is a private college in New York City. The college was designed to serve the educational needs of Puerto Ricans and other Hispanics and was founded by Victor G. Alicea and several others.

Seems like a great institution but I've never seen a regionally accredited college's website look so horrible :/

I agree - it's the worst.

It's also fairly expensive, at $5500/semester.  Can't figure out if they have online courses or not.
