2) New Zealand, April 30, 2022 - reopening the country to vaccinated foreign nationals.  I agree it may be a bit late if they plan for reopening then for selective countries, some are open earlier than others depending on their "risk level"... 3) Canada's immigration consulting profession regulations are going to change, but it seems existing RCIC's and RISIA's will be licensed by the new college when that transition happens.  It is only for the "new ones" wanting to get into the profession that this change will affect...
