1) Australia, as of Dec 15, 2021 - fully vaccinated international students are now allowed to enter. There are a few points in regards to quarantine, it depends which place students will end up... 2) New Zealand, April 30, 2022 - reopening the country to vaccinated foreign nationals. I agree it may be a bit late if they plan for reopening then for selective countries, some are open earlier than others depending on their "risk level"... 3) Canada's immigration consulting profession regulations are going to change, but it seems existing RCIC's and RISIA's will be licensed by the new college when that transition happens.
