Audit Confirmation After Final Eval

How long does it typically take for the audit confirmation for graduation AFTER the final eval has taken place? On my eval it shows all requirements completed already. I need an official letter from the University showing anticipated graduation for a job I'm applying for and if I read the policy correctly they do not provide that until after the final audit. Thanks!
