After a quick look, they do cover much of the same material you'll see on the Intro to Sociology CLEP. Very nice find for those who need more resources. I may steal this one.
Have you already looked at the Peterson's practice exam? If you can consistently score well on those, you can take the real exam with confidence. They do have a practice exam for the Intro to Sociology exam and it's free.

If you're looking for a test like the CLEP, nothing beats the official practice test. The Peterson test mentioned above, is close, and an excellent study resource.
Sociology has several prominent textbooks with good site quizzes, and I think this is one of the ones I used. James
Henslin was a little more fun to read. The questions on the textbook sites are not necessarily like the CLEP questions but they cover the same subject matter. I found a lot of uniformity in various introductory Sociology texts -- I could take any site's quizzes after reading any of the books. It's always a good idea to keep the official exam outline handy when choosing books and planning what to cover.
