Are there any Good books series to read?

I wondering are there any good books to buy from amazing or barnes and noble? Ive never met anyone one took a clep test?

Yes there are.
The REA books are superb. They are all you need to pass, but to supplement, use instantcert flash cards and the exam specific feedback forum on this site available to paying members.

Here is my process. Buy the book. If you know something about the topic, take one of the practice tests but only do 20 questions. Determine your grade on those 20 questions. If you get over half right you are probably going to be able to read the book, take a practice test or two and pass with a good grade. If you are way under 50%, then you will need to read the book, take a practice test, study the questions you got wrong, retake, take another practice test, restudy etc.

Learning is a process so hone your process on your first few tests and pretty soon you will have passed 10 CLEP tests in two months.

Make sure you read the entire book. And read the detailed answers to the practice test questions.

If you are taking the basic CLEP exams, The official CLEP Study guide even an old addition (the 19th addition is available on Amazon for 0.32 plus 3.99 shipping) is a good place to start. It gives information and practice test. If you are taking any DSST their official guide is about $10 on Amazon also a good resource.

I second the recommendation of REA. Princeton Review has a series of books for AP exams which are good for CLEP and DSST, but usually cover more than is on the exams. Check your local library, they may have the books.
