So I applied to UMPI and sent my transcripts over. One was via National Student Clearinghouse and the other two were from Parchment. The ones I sent from Parchment were apparently received and downloaded by UMPI, it says so on my Parchment account, but an enrollment counselor called me today saying I am missing a transcript but on Parchment it says that transcript was received and downloaded?? Do I just have to ignore the enrollment counselor and wait for it to be processed or is it actually missing? Also, apparently when I filled out my application I chose the wrong major how would I change that? Would I have to wait until I got an Advisor and ask them if they could change it for me?
