Greetings from India, i am new to this forum, I have done my graduation in computer, Because i have to look after my family i stop my studies. I am not able to afford master degree course due to my family expenditure. I tried World Quant is next to impossible for me to pass. Even i tried UoP but they are not free for Master degrees.
Is there any online master degree who's providing for Free?

Did you apply for a scholarship from UoPeople? Sometimes, you can get one that covers the entire cost of a degree.
Alas, no, there are no other FREE Master's degrees.
The closest to that would be ENEB where you can get a Master degree from Spain for $400USD or less (31000 INR or less). https://www.groupon.com/deals/n-eneb-bus...s-degree-1
However, I do NOT know if this is at all useful for India. It's not always good for US or Canada either. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ENEB
If you want something to make you look better to employers, maybe certificates would help? eRasmussen has free professional certificates: https://erasmussen.com/ Rasmussen is an actual US University.
You might also want to consider certificates on Coursera. Although Coursera certificates cost money, they are FREE if you can finish within 7 days. If you devote a lot of time to finishing quickly, this can be done. Some popular certificates are here: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Coursera

You might be better served looking at universities in Europe than the United States. Not totally free, but some very inexpensive degrees from quality universities discussed in this:

Master of Accountancy (taxation concentration), University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, in progress.
Master of Business Administration (financial planning specialization), University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, in progress.

In-person/B&M: BA (history, archaeology)
In-person/B&M: MA (American history)
Sophia: 15 courses (42hrs)

You might be better off looking at programs in India as the tuition there is almost "free" in comparison to Western programs with $tuition. For example, many of IGNOU's master's degrees are less than 10,000 rupees or the equivalent of US$130 for Indian citizens. That fee would be for all practical purposes "free" as that is just the cost of a good dinner out in the US/Canada.

Another option to consider might be the free courses from ASU’s 100 Million Learner’s program. It’s not a degree, but you could get a graduate level certificate upon completion of the 5 classes

Sadly, there are no freebies as fees are often involved... Even if you can get a freebie internationally, there are "other" fees involved and it will add up, in the end it will cost you more than a local university. Your best bets so far are to continue with the local inexpensive universities that have programs you're interested in, preferably online. Search for some programs in the graduate section... Since we're on this topic, I'll move it to the correct sub-forum, Grad Discussions!

I doubt they give them to random noncitizens who don't want to pay? Otherwise $9600.

If budget is such a concern, then why even bother looking at international options? Plenty of cheap Masters options in India. Is your undergrad a BTech?

Other big approaches to a "free" graduate degree are to become an employee of an employer with tuition reimbursement, or to become a compelling candidate for a scholarship (which might come with research assistant or teaching assistant type responsibilities).
