Any Digital Animation People Here?

Hey All,

I'm looking for some suggestions. My son has started doing a lot of digital animation for You Tube banners, website etc. But he had a computer crash and it wiped out all his AVI and PSD graphics files, light room (?) etc. He is so upset since he was in the middle of project that he spent the last week on. Hard lesson to learn to always save a backup file, but he has never had a problem with his computer. Does anyone know of any great free sources of AVI graphics files for such things? Maybe a file sharing service. He said something about these being mulitple pieces or layers, again beyond me! He said some of the places he got some of this art from closed their channels, again this is all beyond my understanding, I'm trying for his sake! I would just like to help him recover some sources since he is doing this for half of his income right now. Any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

About the computer crash: Sorry to hear that - that's an awful feeling, especially when you're making a living from your PC. I once had a PC crash that took me a lot of time and effort to recover everything. And for future reference, to all you other members here, back up your work. Learn this lesson before you learn it the hard way. It'll save you a world of hurt.
