Questions: Where did you do your Associates? Is it an AA, AAS, or AS?  Furthermore, are you still an active service person?  Depending on your answers, your best bet would be either UMPI for competency based or TESU for max alternative credit transfer.  Do you have a budget, commitments, tuition assistance or reimbursement? I would try to decide on a school and a degree of choice first...

Thanks for taking the time to respond. The associates is Transfer studies AS at Anne Arundel Community College. I'm not currently active, I got out almost two years ago. I would prefer a low budgets there is no tuition assistance or reimbursement for me but I am able to afford less than 10K. The degree choice would be liberal studies just so I am able to get my degree faster but a concentration in something business or management.

UMPI is the way to go... it's got the concentrations you're looking for and the BLS is the cheapest, easiest, fastest degree from them on the YourPace platform. I would review these two links, it's similar to what you need to do. Essentially, create a spreadsheet with the degree requirements, post a link to your google drive or onedrive, and have the file view only.

With UMPI, the BABA degrees can be almost as fast/easy as the Liberal Studies ones. I would take a step back, look at your ultimate goals, and consider whether it might be worth spending an extra 1-3 months on getting a BABA in Management & Leadership instead of the Liberal Studies with Management minor. For both degrees, the cost should be under $5k.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I agree with this, for the most part, it's best to have a Business Administration degree with these concentrations, there are other options to select from for the concentrations or minors, you should view this page for all programs that may interest you.  Link: https://online.umpi.edu/programs/programs.aspx

One thing to note, you may want to add the BLS into your degree plan first, if you finish quickly and want to change it to the BABA, a few people did do it that way because of their current commitments.  Again, decide the degree/school, be it TESU or UMPI.  You can change the degree plan anytime...

Yes, it's a great option for that community college to provide so many alternative credit choices. There is just one thing to note, the max transfer is 30 credits using these options, the rest must be RA or acceptable equivalents.

You did not say how many credits you got for each course, or the grade, so going on a few assumptions here.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TESU options:
1) A BALS w/HR is not available via alt-credit, because you need Change Management which is not available (and you don't already have it); if you do the 16cr single term, then you can take that course alongside your cornerstone, capstone, 1cr course, and then 2 3cr e-pack courses.

2) You can get a BALS w/a certificate in Org Leadership via alt-credit; Study.com has all of the courses you need (some you can get elsewhere)

3) If you get a BSBA w/HR concentration, that can be done via alt-credit; again, Study.com has everything you need for the AoS.

With the credits you have, there is no gain by doing a BALS over a BSBA.

Whatever you choose, TESU is the most expensive option out of the Big 3.
Regular price for 6cr: $6654
Price for a 16-cr term: $4,639
Neither of thse includes the price for the remaining credits you need.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UMPI
They do not have a HR minor, so that's out. Closest option is Management/Leadership.

With either of the following options, you still need:
1) a biological science with Lab (assuming your Oceanography course was not a lab science; if it was, then you need a Biological science w/o a lab)
2) a foreign language (ICC's Spanish is easiest option if you don't already know a foreign language)
3) civic knowledge (ICC's American Gov is easiest, ModernStates/CLEP is free)

Options for degrees:
1) BLS w/Mgmt Minor - need:
- 5 Minor/Core requirements (take at UMPI)
- Creative Decision Making (take at UMPI)
- 26cr of Electives - take most elsewhere, take 5 at UMPI

2) BABA w/Mgmt Concentration, you will lose 3-6cr (fewer spaces for General Electives, plus I don't know if they'll take your Business Law course in the Mgmt Concentration; if not, you lose those too). You'll need:
- 7 Major courses, you can take 2 at Study.com
- 8 courses in the concentration, you can take 6 at Study.com
- macroeconomics (take elsewhere)

Just make sure you leave 10 courses at UMPI, including most of your UL.

Cost for 2 terms: $2800
Cost for 3 terms: $4200
Neither price includes outside courses; both options are doable, most people on here finish in 2-3 terms.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EC is also a good option, they have a BSB or a BPS (Bachelor's in Professional Studies), neither has a concentration.

1) BSB
- Business Ethics
- Macroeconomics
- Statistics
- 3 additional Liberal Arts courses
- Managerial Accounting
- Principles of Management
- Principles of Marketing
- Finance
- International business
- Org Behavior
- Quantitative Analysis - UExcel Exam
- 2 additional UL Business courses
- 1 LL Free elective (2cr)
*For the core, you need 18cr of UL, including the capstone

BPS
- Business Ethics
- Statistics
- 4 UL Liberal Arts courses (or take UL Business Ethics course and then 3 UL LA courses)
- Principles of Management
- Principles of Marketing
- Finance
- Organizational Behavior
- International business
- Foundations of Leadership
- Human Resources Management
- 2 additional Business courses
- 1 LL Free elective (2cr)
*For the core, you need 21cr of UL, including the capstone

The cost for tuition for 7cr at EC - $4,031
TESU BSBA/HR 2018 - WVNCC BOG AAS 2017 - GGU Cert in Mgmt 2000
EXAMS: TECEP Tech Wrtg, Comp II, LA Math, PR, Computers  DSST Computers, Pers Fin  CLEP Mgmt, Mktg
COURSES: TESU Capstone  Study.com Pers Fin, Microecon, Stats  Ed4Credit Acct 2  PF Fin Mgmt  ALEKS Int & Coll Alg  Sophia Proj Mgmt The Institutes - Ins Ethics  Kaplan PLA
