What should I MAJOR in????
#1
I may be medically discharged from the Air Force and want to try and plan for the future. I'd go back to Upstate NY and us GI bill, so no online b/c i wouldn't get the 1200 BAH each month-planned on SUNY Oswego

I currently have an associates degree in criminal justice through Community College of Air Force- will still try to pursue a law enforcement career if my back injury improves.

If i get out I'm going to try for a BA in Bus. or teaching. The teaching i'd like to do would be a gym teacher. What do they major in? With that major is their other jobs besides gym teacher? I've heard those jobs are hard to get so that's why i was leaning towards a business degree.

What different kind of Business degree's get certain jobs? What's the most common useful bus. degree?

Any suggestions would be helpful and just confused about what i should do.

Physical fitness is the staple of most Sporting or Gym Programs. So, anything that involves the Physical Body including "Biology Major" or "Health Sciences Major". You could also look at a degree in education or Law Enforcement if available.

Or if you want to keep earning while you get the maximum of credits , you can complete your degree in an area you choose, but puruse courses that will give you a Certificate in Physical fitness, Health or Welness to place alongside your degree e.g. Someone who majors in history yet also obtains a certificate in Computer Technical Services. Either way the old word remains, (at least in computer networking it does)that most people higher the names they know before the ones they don't.

So, you could try to apprentice with a Coach in the area on the health staff. Either for Pay or free so they can see your skills. Later on it might help you end up with your own program.

Good luck and stay healthy
