Hi,
After a lot of thought, I have decided to take 15 credits at Amberton or WMNU and then transfer them into APU's MBA. My ultimate purpose is CC teaching. I will be paying myself that is whay I'm looking for the cheapest alternative.
Do you see any problems with the plan and do you see any advantage/disadvantage starting with Amberton or WMNU?
Thanks!

I don't see any disadvantages. I'm curious as to why you want to transfer Amberton credits over to APU and not just simply finish with Amberton? Isn't Amberton cheaper? You can get the required 18 credits of a subject to teach at CC through Amberton.
One possible concern would be that you'd definitely want to verify with APU that they will accept Amberton's specific courses.
Like just because you took "Business Something" at Amberton doesn't mean that it will transfer to APU's "Business Something" requirement. Be sure to get approval from APU of the courses you're going to take elsewhere so that you know you didn't waste your time on a certain course that may not transfer.

I have 2 reasons. 1st APU is a bit more well known I think, and 2nd APU's Business school is accredited by ACBSP, while Amberton I believe is not.
I will definitely double check before starting any classes at Amberton. Thank you

While APUS doesn't have a horrible reputation, being more well-known is never good when it comes to for-profits. APUS has two strikes against it:
1. It's for-profit.
2. It's 100% online.
Western New Mexico University wins out of all of them when it comes to being a public university and being a traditional university with a brick-and-mortar campus (Amberton has a campus, but it's not a traditional school). No one will balk at WNMU the way they would balk at a for-profit university with no campus. But, you can do even better than any of those schools on your list. Southeast Missouri State University and West Texas A&M have AACSB accreditation (better than ACBSP and will allow you to teach just about anywhere) and are affordable.
