Am I ready for Freshman Comp?

I sat down and took this test yesterday out of the blue, and scored a 64, so its definitely doable. Just know basic literary terms, sentence structure and proper usage of verbs, nouns, adverbs, adjectives.....etc...... tis a fairly easy test, if you are well spoken and if you read alot, this one should present zero stress m8.

Sorry for bringing up a dead thread, but I have some questions about the Freshman College Comp CLEP.....

I took the test on July 1st, about 5 days ago and made a 66 (passing I assume). No one at the testing center really told me how I did or any information about the results. I also took the essay part (it was ONLY 1 essay and I had 90 mins.) and feel I blew it out of the park. My question is, about how long would it take for my credits to show up on my transcript? I checked my online transcript today and a "P" is showing along with 3 hrs of credit. Does that mean I only passed one part of the test? Or will it just take awhile for the other 3 hrs to show up? Sorry my post is so long...

check out Strunk and Whites "Elements of Style". Some very key nuggets in there which make punctuation, grammer, capitilazation very clear. One of my favorite books.
