I would like to utilize above credits and gain some more necessary credits to obtain a BS in Computer Science.
Ideally this will help me to apply for MSc in Computer Science/Software engineering in European schools i.e. Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, or Sweden/Denmark, etc.

What kind of budget are you looking at? There are 2 schools with Comp Sci degrees that we recommend here: TESU and SNHU.

Germany is weird about some American degrees and the TESU might or might not count for further studies in Germany. I'm not sure about other European countries. SNHU is more expensive, but I think they have good standing with Anabin and you could use their degree for studies in Germany. (One of our German students can correct me if I'm wrong.)

With both schools, I believe that all you would need to complete would be the courses in the major, not the general education or elective credits.

I have two plans: to complete it within $5000 and if it takes more and longer, save up for $10,000 to achieve it.

What if for whatever reason, my BA degree can not be transferred or not sufficient to fulfill the GE requirements? Shall I also prepare the route from Sophia -> UMIP?

Why do you want to get your MSc in European schools as opposed to US schools?

We know for sure that TESU will count your first bachelor's as meeting your RA requirements, and waive all GE/cornerstone requirements. So you would only need 45cr in the major, all of which can be done via alt-credit, and it would cost you about $5300 for the capstone, including all fees. OR $4300 if you wanted to do a single FT/FR 15cr term.

I can also see that with the courses you have listed, you only need 27cr at TESU; there may be some other things you didn't list from your previous BA that would transfer over, as well as the UCLA extension course (was it UL? can it be used to meet a requirement? you'd have to list it to know).

Remaining at TESU:

MATH 108: Discrete Math (SDC)
COMPSCI 105: Intro to Operating Systems (SDC)

The tricky part will be to see which credits you can take at SDC - if any - to meet any of these requirements. If you can't, then it's going to be quite expensive to get this degree.

Another option might be WGU. Not sure about the Europe thing, or a master's degree, but it works in the US. And it won't cost a fortune to get.

WGU doesn't give grades, only pass/fail, which could be limiting for some European universities. Plus, I think they're not accepted at all in Germany for academic purposes (though I could be wrong about that).

For SNHU, we do have a degree plan for their Comp Sci degree. You should be able to get it down to almost exactly 30 credits when starting from scratch. When starting with a prior degree, it should be even easier. The biggest downsides of SNHU are the higher cost + it takes at least 1 year, potentially 2, to complete the remaining 30 credits. They artificially limit how fast you can go.

I would like to use that as an opportunity to work and live in EU for 5 years if possible. I am willing to take 2 years to complete a MS in CS in Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, or ideally Germany so I can work there.
