Affordable Online Offerings! Missouri and West Virginia
#1
West Virginia has a couple of research institutions, WVU and Marshall.
Marshall seems cheaper and offers several Bachelors, many Masters, DBA/EdS/EdD
Marshall Online: https://www.marshall.edu/online-learning/
Tuition: https://www.marshall.edu/tuition/2021-20...-and-fees/

Missouri has several inexpensive institutions offering online options.
Truman State University in Missouri has 4 online graduate programs, Counseling, Data Science (and cert), Gifted Education
Data Science Grad Cert/Masters Tuition: https://www.truman.edu/majors-programs/g...and-costs/
MS Data Science & Analytic Storytelling seems interesting: https://www.truman.edu/majors-programs/g...a-science/

Missouri State has many offerings, it's probably the most affordable in the state too.
Missouri State online programs: https://outreach.missouristate.edu/Onlin...ograms.htm
Internet Based Fees/Tuition: https://www.missouristate.edu/Registrar/...d-fees.htm
Example: MS Cybersecurity roughly $10K - https://cybersecurity.missouristate.edu/...-costs.htm

North West Missouri has several online degree offerings at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
For $10.5K, you can get a MS Data Analytics or a MS Geographic Info Science.
You can search around on their site for their programs, the tuition is listed for each one.
North West Missouri Online Programs: https://online.nwmissouri.edu/

South East Missouri has several interesting online degrees for both undergraduates and graduates.
Their online MS Applied Computer Science (awesome for NON CS majors) $386.50 x 30 = $11,595

I'm planning to transfer to Marshall for my RBA after I get my BOG AAS from Pierpont because only 3 of 24 credits required from WV schools has to be from them. I've looked at all of the WV state schools that the BOGs transfer to that offer the WVROCKS reduced tuition ($250/credit) courses and Marshall just keeps coming up as the best option. The WV schools have the advantage of failing grades that are 4+ years old not counting towards GPA for those 2 programs.

Since it's in reference to master's degree admissions, it probably means 80 credit hours (credits). Keep in mind the other eligibility requirements if you're planning to apply.
