Advice over TESU

I want to get advice over this the residency waver cost at TESU $2300,- this course ASNSM in Computer Science.
Regarding TESU you need at least take 3 credits from them for a bachelors degree and you need to take also this course from them to complete the degree requirements LIB-495 Liberal Arts Capstone (3) and this one TES-100 Cornerstone: Lifelong Learning Strategies (1) in total 4 requirements.
If you compare the Associate Degree CS you only need this course requirement TES-100 Cornerstone (1) to be taken from them. 
How should my degree cost then if i want later to go for a bachelor do i need to pay again the residency waver?
Do i have to take also 3 extra credits from them for the associate degree??

I was following the information over csuglobal they require to take 30 credits from them, my question is if I take competency-based-exam-cbe can this exams be counted as the 30 credits requirements or should you have to take the normal way by paying for each credits they are offering upper level competency-based-exam-cbe for $250 for 3 credits, in total it will cost 30 credits $2500,-
They said you can transfer a maximum of 90 credits to their institution what i do not know how much they charge for registration.
 If you compare TESU the recidency waver cost $2300,- and that is not even to get any credit just to join the college.

Hmm... I assume you're going for a BA Liberal Arts degree after your ASNSM... good choice! The only 4 credits you need from TESU are from the Capstone and Cornerstone you mentioned. Do not take any other courses from TESU unless you can't find those courses anywhere else.

About the Residency Waiver, if you pay for the Associates, you have 1 year to complete the Bachelors otherwise, there will be another charge for the residency waiver. There are no capstones for the ASNSM/AA/ASBA. Take all credits from CLEP/SL/Study.com and whichever provider you find for cheap/easy/fast.

Haha, you're in a dreamy mood about CSU Global. I only recommend CSU Global and Purdue Global for their Masters programs.
In reference to those 30 credits at $2500, that's correct - it's CSU's own version of a CBE like TESU's TECEP. The only difference is, these are NON-RESIDENT credits *gasp*. So, the calculation doesn't work that way, you can use it for credit towards the degree but it will not go towards residency - just like the TECEP for TESU.

Where can i get upper level computer science courses if i compare at saylor allmost all courses are lower level courses.

Requirement for BACS degree
Courses transferred to Thomas Edison State University are equated to the following levels: 100, 200, 300 or 400. A minimum of 18 credits equating to 300 or 400 are required.

nwjc.edu is offering a AS information system the requirement are that you have to take minimum of 15 credits from them they charge $69 per credit. other courses are elective im thinking to get the general education from online sources like saylor degree.com and send and transfer it to the college try to do all other credits i can for computer courses from the NMJC and then transfer it to TESU so i could have enough core computer science equivalency courses. but i still need upper level courses to full fill the TESU requirements what i do not know if the has to be all for the CORE courses or it can be combined with other general education upper level courses.

Where are you located?  Generally for the Bachelor in Computer Science WGU is recommended here - but it is only open to those in the United States.

Im outsite from the USA, i call WGU they told me the same thing do i need to be in the USA but what do they said i travel to the USA i can do registration. Im still foreigner with out social security number if travel to the USA what is the deference i do have visa, but what is the deal if i do the course outside the USA.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that it isn't accredited, but the University of the People is nationally accredited by the DEAC. Granted, it isn't regionally accredited, but for most people it won't matter, particularly outside of the US.

University of the People isn't Regionally Accredited, but they are Nationally Accredited.

Food for thought, you may want to consider going for a BALS with a Natural Science & Math concentration instead.
You can use all the "test-out-able" options for the degree, as the BACS requires some courses that can't be tested out of.
If you need, check out some older templates from davewill or dfrecore in regards to the BACS.

I live in a Dutch country and here is important where you get the degree, most degree from some online institution they start offering something and later disappear, If some one do the Health Science degree and pretending to work as a Doctor The Government  will investigate where the student got this degree and it's going to be hard to be recognized or it will have to do the whole degree again. In my country they are universities but not for technical studies like electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineer here they offer scholarship to students to study in the USA or other country in a recognized institution they give you options from a list of international recognized universities. I you think in wont matter I  can edit just diploma in photo shop and print it out  and that it.
