Under the cost estimator. The second section is add savings, and has you add your transfer credits. There’s a note that says a max of 94.

That’s also where it shows savings from partnerships, “straightline” being one of them.

Some schools have a max of 75% transfer credit, I think Franklin is one of them (which is great as many schools don't even allow that amount of credits for transfer)... It's a good idea to check with the school what degree requirements are needed and if they would accept X number of ACE or alternative credit. Reading through their documentation to see if you find the answer is great, but usually you want to be safe and verify by call or email so you have an email trail to reference.
