Bachelor's Degrees at SNHU's College for America

We've discussed College for America before and a downside is that your employer has to be a partner. When I read about SNHU's $10k bachelor's degrees, I thought it was a combination of the associate's from College for America, CBEs and other alternative sources of credit, and upper level SNHU courses. However, they offer a completely competency-based BA in Communications. Soon, they will be offering a BA in Healthcare Management. The $10k is just an estimate based on your typical 4 years of study. The whole degree will be cheaper the faster you complete it. As with their associate's program, they only charge $1,250 per 6 months. This is the cheapest I've seen out of all of the competency-based programs. In order to enter the program however, you have to already have an AA degree either from College for America or somewhere else. Financial aid is not yet available for the bachelor's programs.
