ACTFL or Foreign Credit Transfer to Big 3

My partner is suppose to be going back to school with one year of college done in the Philippines. He's really nervous about going here in the USA and this may be a great combination with going the community college route. He only needs one more year for an Associates and if he does two Associates (90 hours) and then transfer them, he would potentially have the BALS degree with the ENEB courses in addition to the capstone course work at TESU. I may recommend this to him!
