ACE website down?

Maybe it is due to their shut-down problems.

Has anyone had any ACE courses approved in the last week?

I've been waiting 7 days for SL class to be verified, which normally took 3 days at most.

I've been waiting 7 days for SL class to be verified, which normally took 3 days at most.

SL took a couple weeks for my last class with them.

I am not sure if this is related, but I requested a transcript from ACE to be sent to TESU on 5/7. As of today, it is still not there.

Any know what the normal time frame is? I am not asking about evaluation, I am asking it just being received by TESU.

As you know 2 options in ACE to send transcript 
 
Please choose the format in which you would like your transcript to be sent.
 
Electronic ($15.00 per transcript) -- This one take 1 hour ( mine took 15 min to sent , usually TESU check same day )
Paper ($15.00 per transcript)-   3-5 days 
 
I requested on 05/07/2018 from ACE to TESU , received same day and evaluation done by TESU today

There have been several occasions where the transcript side of ace did not work but the main website still did. Sometimes I had to wait till the next day or so...

Any know what the normal time frame is? I am not asking about evaluation, I am asking it just being received by TESU.

I sure did. It says it was viewed by TESU with initials, but TESU is saying they didn't get it and ACE still has not responded to me.

I sent TESU a pdf of the screenshot and they said they will research it. My gut is telling me this is a TESU issue not ACE.  They didn't look at the second page of my last study.com transcript and missed 4 classes.
