What kind of degree do you want?: Bachelors in Business.  I have been laid off twice in 5 years and I struggle with lack of opportunities since I cannot click the box for a degree in online applications.  I’m in IT consulting so Business or Finance would be most appropriate. I’m a functional / PM type so Computer Science would be more of a challenge

Any certifications or military experience? I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) and also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Budget: I have a max of $5K saved up.  I want to go the cheapest route possible but will consider spending more for easy and fast.  
Commitments: I currently work full-time and can work on my studies part-time or in the evenings/weekends.
Dedicated time to study: I can learn as much as is needed during the night or on weekends as long as my schedule is free. I estimate at least 4 hours every weeknight and on the weekends, maybe 12 hours. The total would be roughly 20+12=32 hours or slightly more.
Timeline: Finishing the courses required for the degree as fast as possible would be ideal.  I want to finish within 9-12 months.
Tuition assistance/reimbursement:  N/A – I doubt I would qualify.
I am a good test taker.  I have enjoyed knocking out all of my current non-KU credits in less than 30 days. I am a quick reader and typically have good retention except for formulas.

@OldPMP, Welcome to the board. Great initial post with the addendum/template... Just wondering though... Why M&L instead of PM&IS? You've done all the work in planning the degree, after a quick skim through, it looks good... Continue with completing the Sophia.org classes first, then move onto Study.com for the max transfer of credits.

Thanks for validating that I’ve captured things correctly. I chose M&L because many of my target positions are for management positions (non-technical). I felt like the PMP would be a complementary skill.
 
I couldn’t determine if I would get any transfer credits for my certification.
 
After reviewing the requirements again, I think I have the following remaining classes to add to my list of courses to meet the GEC requirements

UNV 101 - University Experience               UMPI     GEC-4A

As long as the chemistry course had a lab component, you should be good. Otherwise, you'll need either Intro to Chemistry + Lab or Human Biology + Lab from Sophia.
