I completed all of the quizzes in a course with a score of 100%. If I scroll down and look through each individual quiz it says 5/5. However, when I look at top for the "grade breakdown" it says my grade for quizzes is 95/100 and I've completed every quiz. I'm confused by this. Anyone know anything about this?

you need to score perfect on every quiz to get 100.. so if you have less than that, that would be why the grade isn't 100.
you get 3 tries per quiz.

For one of my courses, I saw a page showing which quizzes had under 100%. Look for that.

Also, only your first three attempts at each quiz counts. So if some quizzes took you 4, 5, 6, etc times to get 100%, those won't count. Your top score from the first three attempts counts.

Ok. Thank you that makes sense, yeah there was one quiz I remember it took me like ten tries to get a 100%. This is only the second course I've taken on study.com and the first one I got a 100% on all of them in 3 tries.
