I wrote Isabel's response in one of my posts a while ago. Isabel won't sent anything since Eneb students are students of Eneb, with Eneb's own curriculum. Isabel only validates/approves ENEB's program as we already know. We can be lucky that the master can be verified on their website.
Eneb's ECTS claim seems to be useless, as it is unlikely transferable. Neither Isabel accepts it, nor any school in Germany. Reason: Propio degree.

Isabel is unwilling to go on record for Eneb's degree except for the initial paper saying that it validates the ENEB's degree. As I said earlier, the arrangement is too superficial to be meaningful outside of Spain, especially for Canada and the USA. I would not recommend against ENEB, but one must accept its limitations.

I know, but since you didn't approach Isabel and weren't "sure if there is a way to send transcripts directly from Isabel to WES", I wanted to add this information for the other readers. I contacted Isabel and some German universities, so I know ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/images/smilies/biggrin.png) .
And congrats to your Eneb degree and thank you for having it evaluated.

The reason for the ECTS credits and possibility of transfer is based on Universidad Isabel I certification. So getting ENEB's degree evaluated alone will not offer any transfer credits. Then again, anything is still possible depending on the evaluator.

It's not about evaluation or why they have ECTS, and I'm not talking about transfer to American Universities. Eneb claims that their credits can/could be transferred within Europe, but so far we know that it cannot.
German universities don't accept Propio, and neither does Isabel. Not sure about other European Universities, but from what I have read, propio degree is specifically designed to prepare a student for the workforce, not to continue with studies.
I'd still recommend Eneb regardless of any evaluation or transferability.

True.... In essence, it serves the same purpose here in the US as it does in Spain so it is worth it as a standalone non-accredited Masters for its price. I'll put it in the category of a Coursera or other MOOC course but with a more academic structured status.

I've made the comparison to Coursera a number of times myself. I think it's a good comparison in the sense that it's a program that offers degree programs where the degrees come from an accredited school.
The difference between ENEB's degree programs and Coursera's degree programs is that ENEB's programs are entirely independent study. In that sense, the course setup and execution with ENEB is nearly identical to Ashworth College's system.

Shame I didn't know that before they dropped the grad programs. Might have been nice to pick up $2,000 Criminal Justice degree

I've read a number of people saying the same. That pricing was probably a death throe attempt to get as many enrollments into the program before it closed. I was caught off guard by them closing that down, but I wasn't surprised. I always had a feeling that the enrollment numbers into those programs weren't great considering the market they attract the most (non-collegiate diploma-seekers and college second-chancers). The word I got from some reliable sources is that low graduate program enrollment numbers prompted the direction more than it was a move to align with Penn Foster. The word is that they are about to introduce a number of new programs.

*sigh, oh well* I thought when Penn Foster acquired Ashworth, they would merge the undergrad certs, associates, and bachelors programs from Ashworth into Penn Foster and only focus on the Masters with Ashworth college.
