Cost of multiple bachelor degrees?

I only have one cert (Security+), but UMUC will "consider" waiving the required Security+ prep course since I already have the cert. Sheesh.

I was thinking of transferring in my CCAF and essentially CLEPing out of a BSBA degree. Out of pocket hopefully < $3,000, or maybe GI Bill.

I will however look at EC's programs again. Part of me would prefer CIS. I love programming (it's my field), almost never get to do it, and am worried about it being outsourced more and more in the future.
