First of all, for the courses we offer, you can simply check the table at InstantCert.com: Prospective Students to see whether it's supposed to be upper level or not.
All of the ECEs that we currently offer are upper-level, but not all ECEs that exist are upper-level. So if you're thinking about taking some other ECE not on our list, you should double-check that it's one of their upper level ones.
Shoto listed the Dantes exams that are recommended for upper-level credit. Obviously you should check with your college advisor to double-check that they will actually award upper level for whichever specific test you intend to take.
