FinancialWorld, if you could find out from Lisa the best time to call, I'd appreciate it. I wonder if she ever picks up the phone? Or do calls always go to her voice mail?

I've been using CPCC for CLEP tests. They have an efficient online scheduling system https://services.cpcc.edu/clepreg/add_registrations/.
