Well... that depends. COSC is 1400 enrollment, plus $825 each class for non-CT residents. You have to take a Capstone and Cornerstone. But you do have payment plan options so, if paying in smaller chunks is easier, this could help.
Regarding UL, COSC requires 30 total, 15 in your concentration. This could be considered as more difficult, but keep in mind that they're the only one of the big three that still accepts (and encourages) GRE credits.
