Another case-in-point: The first [COLOR="Red"]president of the USA was President Washington. The title "president" is lower case yet when used as a title namesake it becomes UPPER case.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"]Of course ther are some personal exceptions such as I always use an UPPER case "W" when I spell out Wife. Why? Because she deserves it. Do I believe that soldiers, sailors, airman and marines should/could be spelled with UPPER case "S,S,A, M" sure why not.

On ther other hand, I choose not to ever call a LEO a "cop" (that which I call the "C-word") as I believe it is disrespectful to the (my 30-year) profession. [/COLOR]
