If it worries you, its best to get it checked out. The stress of not knowing, if prolonged could be enough to actually cause a psychophisiological disorder. You seem to be keenly aware of sensations in your body, which makes you more vulnerable to hypochondriasis. Hehe- am I ready for the abnormal psych exam or what?
Uninvited nerdiness aside, it could be as serious as a murmur or as benign as heartburn. See the physician and get on with the rest of your happy and productive life.
