ECE Foundations of Gerontology--time studying?

I like to go ahead and schedule my exams and pay for them before I even begin studying, otherwise, I'll procrastinate and not study....That being said I have heard that this test is very hard from some and not so bad from others. Some tests like Intro to Soc. clep I had an idea as to how much time i should give myself, but for Gerontology, I have no idea. My question is, how long did you guys take to study for this exam and what did you make on it? And if you want to include what study material you used, that would be helpful also. I am planning to use the StudyGroup 101 study guide and IC flashcards. Thanks for your help!

I can't answer about the test, but some of the Pearson Vue's can be booked out up to a month. I've never taken a full month to study even for my hardest exams, so my answer would be don't waste time just schedule it. OR at the very least, find out how booked your Pearson Vue is so you're not stuck like I was - all ready to take the exam with my head crammed full of knowledge and then having to wait.
