I'm wondering if anyone here has had much luck getting an unofficial eval from WGU? I don't want to spend $150 to apply and send transcripts if they won't transfer in the majority of my credits. I'm considering a BS to be able to get a speciality certification, but I don't want to take 2 yrs to complete it. I'm wondering if they transfer as much credit as they advertise? I have seen some posts where they only take about 25%.
Has anyone completed a degree with them? Some of the classes I have extensive experience in and I'm wondering if they will just allow me to take the final exam and not do the busy work? I don't mind doing chapter reading and exams but I don't have time for lots of writing since I'm doing a ton of that in my MHA program right now.
Any suggestions on how to work with WGU is greatly appreciated.
