Given that you're in LA and the rent there is probably astronomical if the work is on par with a PT job I'd consider it to be a decent deal. If rent runs, say, $1500 / month, and you're putting in 20 hours / week, that'd put compensation at $18.75 an hour. Don't know what you do as part of the job but the apartment managers at my old complex sat around surfing the web all day while letting calls go to voicemail.
