I also applied around November 15th and got my results last Thursday (Dec 14th).

I enrolled straight away online, and I had an updated 'official' evaluation the next day.

I'm living in Malaysia, and I have to say so far that Excelsior has been great in their response to my emails and service. Hope it continues...
